TMAC CLUB HOUSE - STAGE 2

Well the club house works are moving along quickly with the block works nearly complete. As the club moves forward to complete this project you are reminded that you can help by just signing a promissory note + $250 to help towards the works being completed on time & on budget.

The builder will be working on some trench works in the pit area this week so please keep clear of the construction areas at all times.

Financial members of the Tingalpa Model Aero Club Inc. (TMAC) are invited to participate in a Promissory Note issue to fund stage two of the club house project. Notes be issued on the following basis:

1. A term of 5 years maturing for the face value on 30th June 2015;

2. Interest Rate of 0%;

3. Face Value of $250 per note;

4. TMAC Members may invest in more than one Note;

5. The Treasurer will maintain a Register of the Notes on issue;

6. Maximum number of Notes on Issue will be 100.
