Each month TMAC conducts a working bee at the club to help maintain & up keep the field for all members to enjoy through out the year.
Currently the working bees are conducted the same day as the monthly meeting on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 7:00am, during this time the field is closed to flying for the safety of members conducting the maintenance on the field.
The regular maintenance includes the mowing of the field, trimming of the local trees & fauna, plus general repairs to the buildings as required.
Beyond the regular maintenance there are always new jobs coming up to start or complete as funding is made available, this list is updated periodically throughout the year after the general meeting has approved the next project
with the committee meeting discussing the necessary equipment and materials to complete the works.
If you are interested in becoming a require working bee helper please pop over to the airfield and express your interest in helping make TMAC the best looking field in all Australia.
Lets make the work load easier on all members so bring along a fellow member too.
